Zoe House is an original design by Tim Boyle and Doug Rollins. Architecturally it was inspired by the minimalist masterpieces of Paul Rudolph and Tadao Ando. Zoe House features a concrete-and-glass feel, but with the breezy openness of a beachfront home. Aesthetically, it was inspired by (mostly) little girls who wanted something pink.

Floor-to-ceiling windows open to allow natural light into the house and play from many angles. The Zoe House has five living spaces on three levels: living room/dining room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and roof patio. Zoe House comes stylishly and fully furnished.
